A common leak source and a common repair, often found during a leak inspection.
Equipment repair is where a pool owner is most exposed to being sold something they do not need. A pump that will not prime might be a failed pump, or it might be air getting in somewhere else entirely, and those have very different price tags.

Extremely honest, educational, and more than reasonably priced.
Andrew and Josh provided rapid, professional solutions to checking pump pressure and eventually pump replacement. I am a loyal customer for life.
He gave me honest advice when I tried to prime my old pump, and tried to save me money.
Ultimately it had to be replaced. He installed a new variable-speed pump with a three-year warranty, programmed the app for me and showed me how to use it. Now everything works great.
Not necessarily. Losing prime often means air is being drawn in on the suction side, which can be a fitting, a valve, a lid seal or a leak in the line rather than the pump itself. It is worth finding out before you buy a pump.
It depends on the age of the unit, what has failed and what a replacement would cost to run. Variable-speed pumps in particular can pay back the difference over time. We will lay out both options rather than steer you.
Always. You will know what the work is and what it costs before anything begins.

It depends on the week and the part. Call and describe the fault and we will be honest about timing rather than promise something we cannot hold to.
